Bloomfield Outremont, Montréal

2017

The Bloomfield project was extensive, encompassing both space design and branding. The charming two-story building required significant work both inside and out. Externally, I restored the existing classic French facade and enhanced it with new details, including a series of vintage television lights.

Inside, much of the design was influenced by the materials and furniture already owned by the client. While this posed a challenge, it also served as a source of inspiration. Given the space's modest total of 660 square feet, maximizing seating was crucial. One major solution was positioning benches directly on the window sills to utilize every available square foot.
